Included with every ReJoyce device purchase (unless specified otherwise), is a Dell 24" touchscreen computer with our ReJoyce software pre-installed. If your computer has lost function, please open a support ticket and we will issue a replacement computer with our ReJoyce software pre-installed. You can also purchase your own computer and install our ReJoyce software on your own, however, this route is not recommend as installation is preferred to be done by a trained technician to ensure stability/performance. If you do choose to install our software, please ensure your computer has:
- At least one in-built standard USB input
- A screen size of at least 17"
- 2.33 GHz or faster x986-compatible processor
- At least 8GB of memory
- At least Windows 10
NOTE: Ensure your personal computer adheres to local regulations for safety and is used with a certified power supply
