Warranty Policy
Rehabtronics guarantees that ReGrasp, ReJoyce, and ReTouch will be free from defects in workmanship, materials and manufacturing for two years from date of shipment.
The warranty does not extend to product performance in combination with other products not supplied or approved by Rehabtronics.
The warranty is conditional upon proper use, maintenance, and operation according to instructions with IFUs for each device respectively.
For the equipment that uses computers as a part of the device this warranty does not cover failure of the computer. The computer is covered by a separate warranty issued directly from the manufacturer. RHT will offer reasonable assistance to the purchaser to process warranty claims with the computer manufacturer directly.
Rehabtronics will assume responsibility for any loss or damage for products covered under warranty. However, warranty cost shall not exceed in any circumstances the original cost of the product(s) to the original purchaser.
