      "M" error message on STIM

      An "M" error message on the STIM display appears when an internal diagnostic test has failed.

      Recommended Action(s):

      • Recharge both the STIM and head motion sensor in the dock until fully charged.
      • If the same error persists, take note of the number displayed (e.g. error M27) and contact Rehabtronics support by opening a support ticket.
