The "Connect Stim" error message appears on the STIM display when one or more of the following criteria are met:
- STIM is not in the garment
- STIM has been dislodged from the garment
- Check that the STIM is firmly pushed into the garment's STIM holder
- Inspect the contacts on the STIM and the pins in the garment dock for debris (where the STIM and garment connect)
NOTE: Debris buildup in the STIM contacts or on the garment pins may affect the connection, resulting in the STIM unit not recognizing the garment dock. If you see this error, first try and remove the STIM and reseat it a few times back into the garment. If this does not solve the issue, then please clean the garment pins and STIM contacts.
